Online Order Return Policy

Wattsson & Wattsson will refund the full amount of purchase price within 2 weeks from the date delivered to customer. Purchases made during the month of December can ben returned or exchanged through January 10.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.  Customer is responsible for all costs incurred while shipping item back. All items must be in its original state for refund to be issued. Any customizations or modifications to the jewelry, including sizing, voids the return policy.

Serinium bands come with a lifetime warranty, provided by the supplier. In the event of damage, a purchased band will be replaced. Contact us directly for more information.
